Clean, modern interiors create a welcoming environment, while complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi and a flat-screen TV with streaming services offer added convenience during your stay. Guests also have access to a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy the flexibility of self-catering accommodation. Additional amenities, including washer-dryer facilities, ironing equipment, tea and coffee provisions and heating, help ensure a relaxed and hassle-free stay in the heart of London.

We offer complimentary weekly housekeeping from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
If you would like additional housekeeping services, please contact the Duty Manager — these can be arranged for you at an additional cost.
In the event of a fire, please activate the nearest fire alarm call point immediately and exit the building using the safest available route. Proceed directly to the designated assembly point and wait for further instructions. Do not re-enter the building until it has been officially declared safe to do so.

All D’Montrio apartments are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas such as balconies, roof terraces, or outside the main entrance — please look for the signage.
Please note: If evidence of smoking inside an apartment is found, a £150 penalty will be charged to your account.
In the event of any damage to the apartment, its contents, or disruption caused to other guests, D’Montrio reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or compensation to the credit card provided at check-in.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, all visitors must be registered with the Duty Manager before arrival. Visitors are not permitted on the premises after 7:00 PM. Please note that any unregistered visitors or trespassers will be subject to immediate prosecution.
