When you're ready to relax, enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with Netflix or stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi. Additional amenities include a washer-dryer, ironing facilities, wardrobe storage, lift access and wheelchair-accessible options, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. Please note that the studio does not include a cooking hob or dishwasher.

If you require any assistance during your visit, you can contact us through your booking platform’s messaging system. Assistance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
We offer complimentary weekly housekeeping from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
If you would like additional housekeeping services, please contact the Duty Manager — these can be arranged for you at an additional cost.
In the event of a fire, please activate the nearest fire alarm call point immediately and exit the building using the safest available route. Proceed directly to the designated assembly point and wait for further instructions. Do not re-enter the building until it has been officially declared safe to do so.

All D’Montrio apartments are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas such as balconies, roof terraces, or outside the main entrance — please look for the signage.
Please note: If evidence of smoking inside an apartment is found, a £150 penalty will be charged to your account.
In the event of any damage to the apartment, its contents, or disruption caused to other guests, D’Montrio reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or compensation to the credit card provided at check-in.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, all visitors must be registered with the Duty Manager before arrival. Visitors are not permitted on the premises after 7:00 PM. Please note that any unregistered visitors or trespassers will be subject to immediate prosecution.
