Welcome to D’Montrio. We’re delighted to have you stay with us and hope you enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

If you require any assistance during your visit, you can contact us through your booking platform’s messaging system. Assistance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Housekeeping Services

We offer complimentary weekly housekeeping from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

  • Bed linens are changed once a week.
  • Towels are refreshed twice a week.

If you would like additional housekeeping services, please contact the Duty Manager — these can be arranged for you at an additional cost.

Fire Safety and Emergency Procedures

In the event of a fire, please activate the nearest fire alarm call point immediately and exit the building using the safest available route. Proceed directly to the designated assembly point and wait for further instructions. Do not re-enter the building until it has been officially declared safe to do so.

If you require assistance at any time, please contact the Duty Manager immediately.

Smoking Policy

All D’Montrio apartments are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas such as balconies, roof terraces, or outside the main entrance — please look for the signage.

Please note: If evidence of smoking inside an apartment is found, a £150 penalty will be charged to your account.

Property Damage

In the event of any damage to the apartment, its contents, or disruption caused to other guests, D’Montrio reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or compensation to the credit card provided at check-in.

Visitor Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests, all visitors must be registered with the Duty Manager before arrival. Visitors are not permitted on the premises after 7:00 PM. Please note that any unregistered visitors or trespassers will be subject to immediate prosecution.
